Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. No card required. Install Billman, use it on your counter for a week, then pick the plan that fits.
Are these prices inclusive of GST?▼
No. Every price on this page is the base price, exclusive of 18% GST. If your business is GST-registered you can claim that back as input credit.
What's the difference between Lite, Pro and Max?▼
All three include the complete day-to-day billing workflow — GST invoices, POS, inventory, party ledgers and GST reports — and all three bundle the Billman mobile app. Pro adds team access, LAN billing, godowns and accounting depth. Max adds multi-company, payroll, Tally, the online store and full AI.
Is the mobile app included?▼
Yes, on every plan. The Billman mobile app is bundled with your desktop licence and synced to it automatically — mobile POS, ledgers, payments, reports and offline billing. It is the same app and the same features on every tier.
Can I buy the mobile app on its own?▼
Yes. Mobile only is ₹99 a month or ₹599 a year, and it works standalone — no desktop licence needed. You can add a desktop plan later and your data comes with you.
Why is a yearly plan so much cheaper than monthly?▼
Monthly billing carries the cost of supporting a short commitment. A yearly plan saves roughly two-thirds against paying month to month, and 3 years saves more again.
What happens when my plan expires?▼
Your data is always yours and stays on your computer. After expiry there is a 14-day grace period, and then Billman becomes read-only — you can still open and export everything until you renew.
Can I upgrade later?▼
Yes. Move from Lite to Pro to Max at any time. Nothing is re-entered — your products, parties and history carry over.
