What Is Refundable
- The first purchase of a desktop plan, within 7 days of payment.
What Is Not Refundable
- Renewals and AMC payments (cancel before the renewal date instead)
- Add-on, extra-seat and support-tier purchases after 7 days
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
- Licences revoked for breach of the Terms of Service
How Refunds Work
- Online (Razorpay) payments are refunded to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 working days of approval.
- Offline payments (UPI / bank transfer recorded by our team) are refunded by bank transfer.
- When a refund is issued, the licence it paid for is deactivated. Your data stays on your computer and can be exported at any time.
