Delete Your Billman Account

You can permanently delete your Billman cloud account and every piece of data synced to our servers, yourself, at any time. Deletion is immediate once you confirm it — there is no waiting period, and it cannot be undone.

Two Ways to Delete

From the mobile app — open Settings ▸ Delete Account, read the confirmation and tap Delete forever.
From any browser — go to cloudapi.billman.in/delete-account, enter the phone number or email you sign in with, and confirm with the one-time code we send you (WhatsApp for phone logins, email for email logins). You do not need the app installed.

If you prefer, you can also write to [email protected] from your registered contact and we will delete the account for you.

What Gets Deleted

Your login (phone or email) and every login on your businesses
Your businesses and all synced business data — invoices, products, parties, stock, reports
Licences, subscriptions and registered devices

The deletion sweeps every record tied to your account across our servers. Once done, the same phone number or email is free to sign up again as a brand-new account.

What Is Not Deleted

Data on your own devices. Billman is offline-first — the data stored locally on your phone or computer stays there until you uninstall the app. Deleting the cloud account never touches your local files.
Statutory records. Payment and tax records we are legally required to keep (for example GST invoices for our services to you) are retained for the period the law requires, then removed.

If Your Business Has Team Members

When other people still sign in to your business, the self-service flow will refuse to delete it — deleting your account would delete their access and the shared data too. Remove your team members in the app first, or write to [email protected] and we will handle it with you.
